About Reckless Kelly Celebrity Softball Jam

Back for the ninth straight year and bigger and better than ever, Reckless Kelly and Ryan Sanders Entertainment announced the Reckless Kelly Celebrity Softball Jam will take place on Sunday, September 10 at Dell Diamond. An all-star lineup of musicians, professional athletes and celebrities, led by brothers Willy and Cody Braun, come together in the annual event for nine innings of softball and family-friendly entertainment, all for a good cause.

“We’re excited to bring the Jam back for a ninth straight year,” said Cody Braun. “Moving it to September gives us a chance to take this party to the next level and give fans a great show.”

The event will kick off at noon with an antic-filled softball game featuring several former MLB, NFL and University of Texas All-American athletes. Immediately following the game, the outfield will open up for a six-hour concert featuring 20+ acts performing on two centerfield stages.

Fans will be treated to an all-star lineup of music from the likes of Wade Bowen, Charlie Robison, Cody Canada & the Departed, The Peterson Brothers, George Devore, Midnight River Choir, Jamie Lin Wilson, John Evans, Rosie Flores, Jesse Dayton, Jason Eady, Courtney Patton, Mike & the Moonpies and Brandy Zdan. More artists, celebrities and athletes will be announced over the coming months.

Proceeds from the event will benefit The Nolan Ryan Foundation and the Reckless Kelly Charitable Youth Foundation, with a focus on supporting youth sports programs in Central Texas. Since its inception, the Reckless Kelly Celebrity Softball Jam has raised over $350,000 for area youth leagues, including the funding of a $150,000 renovation of Mabson Field in East Austin, TX.
